I feel bad that I haven't gotten around to reading online friends and acquaintances' blogs. -_- But the past few months have been busy. I think I shouldn't be blogging right now, but ought to be drowning myself with books and stacks of photocopies of notes. Then again, my brain needs a break. -_-

I apologize if I haven't left comments in your (LJ friends + non-LJ friends) blogs. I read some entries for a few minutes then I go afk to study. I wish I could leave comments (though I did for some), but my mind is full of things about plumbing, wastewater, water supply, and such. My mind is such a mess now I don't even know if I'm making sense now. ^_^V

During my few minute breaks, I take time to check out some neat clothes I WISH I could buy like this one:

Cute skirt *_* )

I would buy it if my legs aren't so huge. XP

Dollydagger dress )

Pretty dress *_* You gotta check other clothes and accessories from Dollydagger. They're all pretty. It's just sad I can't afford them. -_-

Anyway, I updated my previous post (regarding the Trinoma Blogger Food Tour). All the pictures should show up now. Damn MULTIPLY. Their embed feature is pointless. XP

I'm off to Iloilo for the Dinagyang. I shouldn't forget to bring my plumbing notes. :P

I don't understand why some people still use this kind of url, example -- www.shabby.multiply.com. I used to see a lot with Filipinos plug their links like that and I'm glad most of them don't anymore. I'm not saying only Filipinos do it, fortunately (or unfortunately? *lol* ). See the picture in this blog post. The username is already damn long and the person still adds www. o_O Odd when most sites would indicate that there is already no need to use the www to have a short url. ^_^V I find it even a drag to add www with my domain. :P Maybe later I'll change my domain to class B.

Horikita Maki is so cute in the picture located at the bottom of this scan:

Atsu Hime press con
(Source: Pianist @ VOX)

This was during a press conference with Aoi Miyazaki about their upcoming 49-episode drama Atsu Hime. 49 Episodes is damn long, but I'll probably enjoy watching it since I find both girls cute. XD Eye candies. *lol*

The garage sale we had last Nov. 30 was successful. ^_^ We sold over Php8000 worth of clothes and bags. Most of the stuff we sold were my Dad's clothes -- slacks/formal pants, shirts, jeans/maong, polo (short & long sleeves) -- all of which are branded and imported stuff. When I helped sort out our stuff, I told them not to include in the inventory those that look really worn out. An old man is extremely lucky because of the jacket he bought from us for only Php150. It had a removable wool lining inside. It's very useful on either cold or just rainy days. ^_^ Then the bags we sold are mostly from US. ^_^V We bought them, used them once, and then just kept stored them in our cabinets. Such a waste...

It was my first time assisting in a garage sale. Haha~ It's funny how people haggle so much over, for example, a shirt that looks so brand-new. We had Php20 shirts and some folks were haggling them for Php10. O_o Then for those priced at Php10, some would haggle them for Php5. It was insane. But I'm glad people bought a lot of our stuff. I hope they all take care of them like we did. :3 My Mom is the best in taking care of our things although she forgets where she stores some of them. ^_^V

I invited people to check us out or at least visit me (especially those within the P'que area), but only one was nice enough to let me know she wouldn't make it. I don't see what's so hard in doing that. If you have friends or acquaintances inviting you, even if you can't make it, let them know. It feels stupid to be ignored. Nasayang pa ang oras sa inyo. Buti nga naalala pa kayo. Pa-special kayo ha! XP You may think I feel bitter, but this doesn't only apply to me inviting people over at the garage sale. It's just a garage sale, goodness. But there have been certain events that I wanted to go to or wanted people to see. I always end up asking if they're already dead because they never reply. Heck, so I'm not only bitter, but cruel even for thinking like that. >_>

Mac, Rayton, and I went to SMX last Sunday to meet a fellow member of Aarinfantasy. ^_^ It was also the second and last day of the H3Con held there. I didn't go inside, but it seems there weren't much people? *shrugs* After that, we walked around around MoA to give Rayton a small tour. Haha~ It was his first time there, so we kept teasing him about it. XD We also had frapuccino in Starbucks (I need more stickers for my futurethe planner!). It was nice. It was my first time hanging out at the mall with Rayton. Ang tahimik pa rin niya. *lol* I wanted to look for a good birthday gift for my Mom, but I couldn't think of anything good. So we went home for dinner. My Mom and her high school batchmates held a Christmas party here. There were lots and lots of food! Haha~ Rayton and Mac ate a lot while I had mostly red eggs and onions. :9 Then when 12MN striked, my bandmates and I sang a real slow Happy Birthday song to my Mom. ^_^V The boys left around 1:30AM. Mac and I met up again in the afternoon to look for a gift. We walked around Glorietta until my legs and feet hurt. -_- Fortunately, we found something that was really nice. It's like an egg tray, but made of wood. It could hold 6 eggs/candles. I will take a picture of it when I get my hands on camera.

Mac had a little drama after we bought the gift. He got mad at me for a reason he shouldn't be. *bah* ~_~ Then around 9PM he left while I went to Isshin for my Mom's birthday dinner. Good thing we ate there. I have been craving for Japanese food for the longest time. ^_^ It was a supposedly nice night, but drama ensued with my love life. -_-

You are The Moon

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.
The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.
The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

I finished watching PoT the other day. ^_^ I should have finished watching the series back then. The episodes after the US-Japan tournament has awaken the yaoi-fangirl in me. I haven't been reading much yaoi lately, you see. Oh, except Junjou Karen. ^^; There are obvious hints of InuixKaidoh, TezuFuji, and (my favorite) TezuRyo in the last 10-ish episodes of the series. :O It's also good that I finished it when the OAV is already showing. ^_^ I wasn't too thrilled when Ryoma was to play in the US Open. I know that it's a great opportunity for a serious tennis player, but nothing beats being with your teammates. When Ryoma got back from the US Open and just in time for the Nationals, it made me happy. I'm loving the OAV. ♥ ♥ Episode 7 is freaking HILARIOUS! *roflmao*

Last Thursday, Mac and I went to NBC Engineering Office is Makati Cinema Square. Engr. Balmori (his wife is a pamangkin of my mom) recommended that office for our OJT. I went there, hurrying, only to get rejected. They preferred that we go there everyday. If we do that, we'll be done in a week and the OJT requirement for our class will be totally pointless. X_X Our OJT requirements are very different among other schools. Our OJT isn't even a separate course. It's only a class requirement. I explained to the lady how our OJT goes, but she didn't understand (nor even tried to). So I made it somewhat obvious that I don't care about their office anymore. They should be grateful that we wouldn't be bothering them everyday. Also, our school doesn't allow us to go to offices that give allowances. :P We only need their time. I'm bugging my dad to look for construction sites through his contacts. I plan to go to where me, Wally, and Balao can relate to. We're EnSE students after all. We have's a groupmate who's CE student though. I kind of dislike him because he seems arrogant. I guess it's only the way he looks. It's too early to tell anyway. :P He asked for my number after we talked with Engr. Balmori. He said he knows of a site we can go to.

High-neck Crop Jacket50s Pinup Rockabilly Polkadot Crop Top
I want these two tops!
(If one of the two pictures isn't showing up, it's Imageshack's fault.)

The High-neck Crop Jacket (the first thumbnail) may seem a bit weird, but I like how it is different among the usual crop jackets. Hehe~ Then, the 50s-style top... Who wouldn't like that!? It's sexy. I ain't sexy. Not only am I wishing for that top, I also wish I'm sexy to wear that! X_X

Classes were shitty yesterday. I was very late for Construction Project Management class. When I got there, my classmates told me that Engr. Balmori will arrive by 2:15PM. *gah* Fortunate of me for not being late. But trying to take that 15-minute walk in 5 minutes, walking under the extreme heat, and carrying a heavy bag almost killed me. ~_~ Then in Irrigation class, our report was doomed when we couldn't open our Powerpoint presentation. Mark used an OpenOffice program, but I didn't have that in the laptop. We just showed our MSWord document in fullscreen. ^^; Also I never got to do our assignment. Mark didn't get to do it either. We were worried over our report. I got pissed off that damn assignment. The teacher said she would check it if we answered it in our notebooks. A sheet of bond paper isn't a notebook, my oh-so-smart classmates! >_< I was surprised they passed it. Marco, who I even had to bring my very thick and heavy Engineering Wastewater book for some time ago, didn't even ask me about it. I know we got to worry for our own, but I want to believe that my kindness will not go unrewarded. Be it the same or not. I fear I'm going to fail that subject due to poor class participation even though I worked on that damn report. I doubt our techer knows that's my share of work.

The sucky thing about Globe DSL is that you have turn it off then on everyday. Unlike pldtDSL, the modem's off only when electricity is temporarily out.

The title is highly unrelated to this post. ^^ *lol* I'll share details tonight. I went to some UK yesterday. :O Yes, yes... I was tempted after looking thru a lot of FRUiTS and FRESH FRUiTS magazine. I didn't look around much because I find shopping alone boring, so I ended up with only 2 semi-new clothing. A short skirt and an Emily the Strange black tee (I wonder if this brand sell tees in other colors?). I took pictures with the digicam, but I haven't transferred them yet. :P The skirt cost me Php120 while the shirt is Php90. I must wait for these UKs to have a grand sale. (Jhan, look what I found! I remembered you when I saw this. ^^)

Kara, kamukha mo nga O_O (Scan credit: [info]sweetcandylove) *sweatdrop* Sorry!

Ah, _some_ pictures from the BEERday bash last Saturday. Thanks to all those who came. ^_^

Teh ladies ^^
