XP Some people just don't listen. STEALING IS BAD!

Most Manila residents must have seen or heard already about the EARTH DAY JAM 2008. I just found out about it today. But I did not see nor hear its ads, except from Alodia's blog post asking for opinions about photo theft. These will explain everything:



The photo was used without permission nor is there even any credit. Tricia, the photographer, is asking everyone's help on this matter. Read her blog entry on this. I have heard of others who went through the same incident, but not with n event with a lot of sponsors. O_O

The event's for a good cause. But that doesn't mean they could be forgiven for stealing. XP The production (or whoever's in charge) is offering the model and photographer VIP passes on the free-admission event as compensation for this problem. :/ Imo, that isn't even enough. If it were that simple, we'd have to start worrying over our artwork and start placing huge watermarks on them.

It would be nice if I was pimping my own art, but I suck at drawing (even though I did a few attempts). I could only browse artists' websites and be envious. ^_^V

Btw, does Multiply's image embedding really work? I have been trying it lately, but only their logo shows up. WTH. XP

We had a very short band practice yesterday. EJ didn't attend the practice when he even suggested the weekly practice. Ugh~ So bad! Mac, Rayton, and I just tried to beat Heroes Mode on Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes to unlock the remaining characters. :DDD

I just uploaded Mac's arts in my DA account. He can't be bothered on having his own because he hasn't drawn a lot yet. ^_^V I'll probably ask him to sign up there in the future. Here are his arts.

I was getting Simoun ep. 26 yesterday and the Simoun site suddenly closed. I can't believe that was only up for 10 days. ~_~ Anyone care to share Simoun ep. 26? So far, as english subs goes, only wo-subs was able to sub that episode including episode 25. I don't care if the rest of my subs are from Simoun-Fans. I just need to burn this asap, so I could free up some space.

WP 2.1 was released some time ago. I think I mentioned that before. I'm using that in sashimi. I want to upgrade the WP installation here as well, but some of my plugins won't work for it. Like UTW. XP I'm also thinking if I should install LJ-Crossposter, but I won't be able to choose usericons when crossposting. UTW users who switched to Simple Tagging Plugin, how did you export tags from UTW? There's an import function in Simple Tagging Plugin. It's great. Yet I don't want to move until I figure out exporting from UTW. ~_~

My parents went to Tuguegarao last weekend because my great grandfather dad. I've only seen him once, but I might have seen him before when I was really young. My folks didn't travel much to the province because they not that in good terms with them. Well, they are, but the people there are two-faced. ^_^ You would think they're kind or nice. They'll eventually cheat on you later on. Well, I'm sure not all of them are like that. ^^ My parents brought us pancit straight from Tuguegarao! :D I ♥ their pancit. It's spicy and medyo madaming sahog. :9 I wish there is a restaurant here that sells them at an affordable price. Back in 2005, one plate of it costs less than Php30. O_O Hehe~ That's what I remember. I know it's cheap. I doubt it would still be when a resto serves them here. ~_~ They're not even direct from Tuguegaro. Why charge big? I took photos of the pancit I had only using my cp. Will upload them when I free up my current to-do list. ^^;

I wasn't able to blog recently because I've been burning, trying to organize a few things in my room, and watching CODE GEASS: LELOUCH OF THE REBELLION. Code Geass is awesome. It's cool. It's great. I love the Knightmares of Kallen/Karen and Toudou. Toudou's Knightmare first appeared in episode 17 (most recent release of gg) and I seem to have missed the name. :/ There should be photobooks of Code Geass. Aah, I just ♥ Clamp. XD

I am finally done with the 2-storey floor plans need in Plumbing class. XD My prof. said, "Very good." *lol* I feel like a grade-schooler. What I need to do next is the piping system. I hope I can finish redrawing the plans tonight, so tomorrow I can do the pipes. Gawd, I also need to work on our thesis. ~_~ *bah*

So, I've been editing pictures and semi-updating my gallery. I feel like I've done something productive these past 2 days during the stormy weather, but I still feel _unaccomplished_. Maybe I should do another to-do list again. I should follow it this time. =_=

Denjin Anime Fansub should release more Candy Candy episodes that it would fit a blank DVD. 3gigs isn't enough yet. XD
